Setting up Email DNS can be a breeze if you follow these simple steps!
- Navigate to the preferences of your mail client settings and add a new account.
- Input the following information into the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
- For IMAP connections use the following settings:
- imap.emailarray.com | Use SSL Port: 993
- smtp.emailarray.com | Use SSL Port: 465
- For POP connections use the following settings:
- pop.emailarray.com | Use SSL Port: 995
- smtp.emailarray.com | Use SSL Port: 465
- For IMAP connections use the following settings:
- Add your username example@yourdomain.com and your password for both incoming and outgoing mail settings.
- Test settings and save the configuration.
NOTE: If you don’t know which connection type to use, we recommend using IMAP.
If multiple users will be checking the same email account, consider using POP.
